We are committed to innovation aimed at the demystification of health care products for home use. Our focused research and development is closely allied to the needs of HPSB’s core business areas. Each project is supported by a dedicated development group, which works in conjunction with other functions, including marketing and manufacturing, to deliver new products. The new product development pipeline is a balanced mix of short, medium and long-term projects aimed at delivering a consistent flow of new products and sales growth. The in-house development is supported by a number of external early stage collaborative research projects with universities, hospitals and centers of excellence. The research collaboration with few universities in Malaysia, Japan and Germany provide support for various technical advancement, laboratory and clinical research.

This encompasses the entire process from manufacturing and planning to distribution and warehousing to customer delivery and responsiveness. Furthermore, HPSB also has in place a customer complaint management system, within which customer complaints are noted and carefully investigated.
